Refund Policy

SaaS Tools Ventures (“Company”, “we”, “our”, “us”) offers the following refund policy for our software as a service (SaaS) offerings.

1. Subscription Fees

All subscription fees paid to SaaS Tools Ventures are refundable up to 7 days after purchase.

2. Exceptional Circumstances

In certain exceptional circumstances, we may consider a refund request. These may include:

  • Service outages that last longer than 48 hours due to issues on our end;
  • Billing errors, such as being charged multiple times for the same service;
  • Inability to access the Service due to issues on our end that we are unable to resolve within a reasonable time frame.

To request a refund under exceptional circumstances, please contact our support team with a detailed explanation of the issue.

3. Requesting a Refund

To request a refund, you must contact us within 30 days of the initial charge. Please include your account details, the reason for the refund request, and any supporting documentation. We will review your request and notify you of our decision within 10 business days.

4. Refund Processing

If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 10 business days, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

5. Changes to this Refund Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by revising the date at the top of the policy and, in some cases, we may provide additional notice (such as adding a statement to our homepage or sending you a notification).
